Ideal trainer with over 15 years of experience in sports and the art of movement, Luminiţa is one of the people you want them close to you, more than a simple trainer. With 2 Masters in Sports and Graduate of the Doctoral School courses at UNEFS, and 11 years of teaching experience as a university assistant, Luminița is convinced that pilates transcends beyond the time you spend in the Studio and reflects further on your daily life.
The attitude with which you lean on things not only change how you do but what you do and thus the outcome. That means Attitude: the energy you put into the things around you.
Luminița’s methods are different. She prefers to work on elongation, posture, well-being, on how the whole body is aligned, on the positive energy you benefit from during training, and especially afterwards. For her, each pilates session and every person she works with is yet another way to achieve the maximum performance that the human body is capable of.
Born and raised in England, Tom is a graduate of the Manchester Ballet School. After graduation he was a professional dancer in many ballet troupes and traveled all over the world, including as a dancer on cruise ships, where he worked for Cunard on Queen Elizabeth 2 and Queen Mary 2 ships. A scuba diving trainer, Tom is also a professional diver, which is based of the principles of deep breathing.
As a personal instructor, Tom is very detail-oriented and addresses each hour according to the learner’s needs, inspiring the exercises from his passions, ballet and diving. Also, his hours permanently charge the batteries with positive energy, making it impossible for you to get bored!
Graduate of Psychology, Personal Development and Experiential Psychotherapy, Ionela is certified as an aerobic-fitness instructor (pilates, yoga, tae-bo, stretching & aqua gym), and as a Pilates trainer at Attitude Pilates Studio and Qigong trainer at MorningStar Center. With over 20 years of experience in martial arts (black belt 1st Dan in Traditional Shotokan style), Ionela emphasizes the discipline and the depth of thought. For her, sport has turned into a spiritual practice of touching inner perfection, which every student of hers easily can adopt.
As a trainer, Ionela manage to transfer the passion for the art of movement in harmony with the mind and the breathing. Also, after a cup of green tea, Ionela will transform your practice into a healthy, wellbeing session.
A true dose of energy, Florin is a graduate of Physical Education and Sports Faculty with specialization in kinesiotherapy. Passionate about the sport instructor courses of the Romanian Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation, Florin is the person who brings to the pilates class that extra-energy, both through experience and attitude.
During the Pilates classes, Florin focuses on muscle tone and dynamics. Each muscle group is worked in depth and exercises become focus points on the wellbeing and revitalization of the entire pilates experience. With beneficial effects long after the end of the session, of course.
Full-time sportsman, Andrei is a graduate of the National University of Physical Education and Sport, specializing in Skiing and Mastering in Management and Marketing in sports activities. He works as well as a ski instructor with children and adults who are keen to learn winter sport. Consistency defines him in everything he does, whether they are pilates or ski lessons.
Andrei prefers hybrid pilates technique, a unique combination of appliances and mattress. Also, as a trainer is one of those who have a lot of patience and who work to achieve the goals set at the beginning of the sessions. Also, with Andrei you can work both classic Pilates exercises and exercises tailored to your needs or the affections you want to ameliorate.
Energetic, determined, patient, perfectionist and passionate about Pilates, Alina is an Aerobic-Fitness coach and also a Tae Bo / Thai Combat and Aqua Fitness instructor.
With a complex experience, Alina greatly blends patience as an Aqua Education Instructor for children and babies, with the rigor of practicing martial arts, like kick-boxing. Prior to being a pilates trainer, Alina was a qualified and specialized instructor in AEROBIC-FITNESS / COMBAT / AquaGym within the Masterclass International Association, where she held classes of Cardio & Tone, Tae Bo, Aero Combat, Functional Training, Aerobic Dance, Step & Tone.
“I love to exercise since I remember”, Alina’s story would start. The way she deals with pilates sessions is holistic. Alina borrow ideas from every sport she practiced from the age of six: rhythmic gymnastics, athletics, speed skating, swimming, street dance and kick boxing. In pilates training, Alina focuses on posture, but also on transmitting the passion for all pilates exercises, either on the apparatus or on the mattress.
Dana practices badminton since adolescence and she is still present at the annual competitions organized with the support of the Romanian Badminton Federation. She has a generous sports experience that has been continuously developed, as well as an Aerobic-Fitness instructor certification. Over the past four years, she has focused her attention on Pilates, completing her sports training at Move On Pilates Academy and obtaining certifications for the Matwork (Basic and Advanced Level), Reformer Fundamentals and Fit Props.
Dana always guides her training with regard to preserving physical and mental wellbeing. Currently, she improves her professional experience following the courses of the prestigious American Body Arts and Science International (BASI Pilates) school, with the Comprehensive Teacher specialization and applying the know-how acquired in 1 to 1 Pilates sessions.
She discovered Pilates in the summer of 2013, just after graduating from the Kinesitherapy Faculty. Alexandra attended the Balance Body Academy courses – the Pilates Mat, Reformer 1 & 3, Caddilac & Trapeze modules, alongside the Carol Davila UMF Master in Nutrition. Alexandra tried a lot of sports wanting to learn new skills and overcome the limits of the body and mind. She is practicing with passion, besides Pilates and equitation, swimming, yoga, cycling and water sports (stand-up padelling and kayaking).
Pilates lessons with Alexandra are ideal for beginners and for those who want to discover and to better understand their body. Alexandra’s students acquire spinal alignment, motion control, precision and postural awareness due to their focus on discipline. At the same time, Alexandra also works with people with spinal pathologies such as hernia, cifolordosis and scoliosis, but also pre and postpartum.
